Sun day

This is hard. I should write these things on the same day. Err... Well... Played football - the pitch, contrary to expectations, wasn't under the river. Unlike tomorrow when it will be partially submarine.

Also tomorrow, I'll go to my first Pilates/Yoga session. Along with C, we'll go to a thing at the church at work (don't worry, it's deconsecrated) and it'll be hard in different ways. The stretching will be hard - that's my main reason for going - and some of the things like lying on your front with arms and legs in the air for a while will be hard. And trying to remember the sequence of the warm up bits will be like learning a dance routine. And so hard.
