Keeping Warm

A run to warm me this morning, followed by a few chores but then after a an hour or so sat at the computer I had got a little chilly, so headed up to the gym for a short swim and to sit in the sauna. Bliss. All cold again by the time I had collected the children from school so we had a treat of hot chocolate, cream and marshmallows when we got home.
