One of our geocaching locations today. 

Been in and out for most of Wednesday and managed 10,000 without the aid of the treadmill. Have definitely earned a bubble bath and the dark chocolate I'm looking forward to after tea :) 

Stella's vet just 'phoned. Her blood test earlier was better than the last one so no more messing around with medication dosages for now. I've told her but she was very non-plussed about it! 

Oh but she's blogged today...well it is Woof Wednesday:)
