No Net Here

South of the Border Volleyball Vacations will be back in town this coming Saturday, meaning I will soon be immersed in non-stop volleyball photography. Fortunately our friends staying at Club Intrawest told me about a staff vs guest match on which I could practice my technique for the next week. The level of play is a little lower than SOB (making it difficult to predict the action) and there were six a side plus subs (making framing a challenge), but it was good to get back court side so I could tune-up my timing and refine my editing. As is evident here, my timing seems to be pretty good - at least when it comes to capturing net violations (which the referee never called) - so I guess I am good to go for SOB #39 in Ixtapa!
