Looking back

I was out walking with our local walking group around the Devon/Dorset area when I had a call to let me know that one of my former work colleagues had lost his short battle against cancer.  He was a lovely person and will no doubt be missed by many.  My thoughts go out to his family and friends.  

It made me doubly appreciate the beauty of today's walk in the cold sunny weather, with friends around me.  We wandered around Woodhouse Hill, Musbury Castle and Great Trill.  Lunch was taken from the Castle area where panoramic views were visible including this one looking back to Seaton and the River Axe Valley.  The extra show another view from this point looking inland.
