finished

This is the blouse I blipped a few days ago when I was working on it. Finally finished it today after nipping into town to buy a couple of yards of black velvet ribbon. It has a tie back at the waist. I had to modify the hem of the peplum as there was no way my machine would work on the flare of the fabric. So I've added black lace instead which I like better anyway. Going to post it to Kathy in the morning.
