Down at the docks

I had to go into Boston to get a bit of induction and fill out some forms for the Salvation Army.  My Friday mornings will now be spent at the drop in centre which will be an interesting new experience. There are still a few working boats one the river but there was little sign of activity maybe because the tide was not right.  I managed to fit in the half hour power walk I have decided to try to do most days before lunch.  I had a meeting in the afternoon.  It is badminton again tonight so I shall discover just how much those fitness levels have suffered over Christmas!
