Morning!

One of those glorious starts to the day. Bitterly cold but worth wrapping up well and getting out there to enjoy it.

No chance of swims today but think the boys still enjoyed their walk.

For the first time in years myself and J headed out on our bikes. We didn't have high hopes for our prowess but our running must have helped as we surprised ourselves with how far we got. We even managed the hills!
