Who'd have thought that the yellow perils would start ticketing bicycles?

Now, I cycle most places, it's the best way of getting around town to be honest - especially as the cycle paths begin behind my house and take me into town. I've been bike-less for the last week or so.

I just got it back from Neil the miracle worker (that's Neil Bain, of Bains Bikes in Newhaven - he's the bike repair man in town!) and have been enjoying the freedom from buses and traffic hell that is Edinburgh.

Then, at lunchtime, I see this...

Will I have to keep an eye out for double yellow lines as well as assassin taxi and bus drivers? What chance does a guy have??
