Growing Old

Thirty minutes into an hour long rugby training session for the lads I retired to my car and it's heater.

Bloody freezing cold with the wind coming from the east.

A day off, up early to make packed lunches for Sam & Josh, RNA bumph prepared and the meeting chaired. Meanwhile the fridge/freezer repair man turned up and fixed the fridge freezer so I went off shopping.

We all ate together after Joshua's rugby training and then watched the medical programme Clare recorded whilst eating home made biscuits.
