Spinning wheel.

As it intimated before, June is learning to make lace. New Pitsligo style. For her Xmas I got her this old bobbin spinner. It's not a local thing.
She really likes it, but doesn't know how to use it.

Any ideas out there in Blipland.
It looks like a spinning wheel, but it is only a few inches tall.
