Helsinki's winter - part II

This morning the temperature was much warmer. Only about -12 C or so. Yet, it has been snowing a lot for days, and this is the result (building's backyard). Quite a change from Italian landscapes. Going out in the nippy day is somehow refreshing. While in the Italian streets you would see many people loitering around shops and cafes or on the way to some tourist attraction, here Finns would obviously walk rather quickly in a clear direction. It is, bear in mind, the same planet, only a few miles of difference.
