It is Friday!

These two are immensely talented guys playing jazz last night at Burgundy's Wine Bar in Kendal. Mo Witham on the left is an awesome guitarist and claims that his guitar "skippy" was found in a skip, but now produces great solos. On the right is Tim Barty who not only plays baritone sax as his main instrument but also does it as a virtuoso. The other two members of the Quartet were Stu Luthwaite on double bass and Ted Richards on drums. I was so pleased to be able to sketch these two together. A really great night with a full house.

Julie did her usual act of extracting lots of money for the raffle. I seem to be quite lucky and last night an incredibly interesting prize - A monthly Parking Permit for the Rainbow Tavern in the centre of Kendal - apparently worth £30.00 - thanks to the Rainbow Tavern.
