The Bandstand

I stayed off work today as I'm still lacking in energy and have aches and pains. So I got up late and took it easy - the end result is that I was bored! I don't do daytime TV and it's been a long day, so I'm going in work tomorrow, whatever.

I'd booked another Reiki session for tonight to help with the aches, but unfortunately it had to be cancelled as she isn't well. I mentioned it to Elif who said she knew someone else who's a Reiki Master and said she'd give him a call. Luckily he was able to fit me in, the only difference being that I had to drive to him in Hove, whereas Lisa Jane would have come to me, but I was just grateful that he could see me.

The session was good and I'm feeling very relaxed now, so hopefully I'll sleep well.

On the way there I was pleased to see the bandstand on the seafront was lit - I've blipped it before in daylight but I think it's particularly beautiful at night.

RIP David Bowie - very sad news.
