Drying Out

This cormorant summed up the difference in the weather today as it was time to dry out with no rain and the wind has died down. It's quite amazing how quickly the sea can calm although further out there will still be quite a swell.  Ferries running normally tonight so they will be looking for few days of that.
The black dark mornings are showing a bit of grey dark now and this evening there was even the merest hint of light in the sky on the way home. It was a clear sky however.
