Battle of the Elements

It was seven degrees below zero this morning and
just degrees warmer now at noon......Going outside causes
one's nose to pinch......BUT for the working world, "It
is business as usual."
 This photo is a close-up of my pond with the bubbler
fighting to keep some open water in the center, but
it is a loosing battle.  The goldfish are not frozen in place
but.........Soon?????
