Foamy

This morning MrsCyclops took BabyCyclops to try a new class.  It was a dancing class at Dancebase.  BabyCyclops loves music and is very active so dancing seemed like the next thing to try for a bit of variety for us all.

MrsCyclops could go off on a little rant here about being sick of the amateur crap that seems to get passed off as acceptable 'classes' for little kids and how there is no need to patronise them and deliver poor quality just because they are tiny.  Anyhoo.  

Peach had noticed that Dancebase did a toddler class (thanks Peach!) so when looking for quality this seemed like a good place to try.  It was absolutely what we were looking for - fun, age appropriate, a good mix of structure and freedom.  The teacher seemed to know what she was doing, there was a proper dedicated space for it, and it was pay-as-you-go so you don't have to sign up for a term.  BabyCyclops is at the young end for it but he engaged quite well and certainly seemed to enjoy himself - plenty of smiling and clapping - so I think we will go again.

After lunch we went for a little walk / dog spotting expedition at Cramond, and to the supermarket.
