MonoMonday : Fancy. Fancy tools

My first day back at work after the Christmas break, I had to replace a Toby at this property and the fancy tool I am using is a shutoff tool so I can clamp off the Polyethylene Pipe and not have to shut the street down. The Fancy Valve is an Accuflo Manifold which is a Diaphragm Valve and under the screw cap I can install a Watermeter or a restrictor
