Sad Sunday

Another pleasant day outside, yesterday I had hoped to go for a long walk today, but my stoma output was all to pot again after being relatively low all week so I had to bin that idea and do something a little shorter, and within easy reach of "facilities", in all I must have covered about 5 miles.
Didn't have a good nights sleep last night, just kept mulling over my problems.
And that carried on throughout the day, not been a good day for me really
