This guy was both small AND far away, yet RTD spotted him digging for sand crabs as we left the park.

Delicious breakfast in the sunshine, by the beach, then a drive to Christchurch to see in the New Year. We wussed out and took a cabin in the campsite. Don't tell anyone.
