Seagull

It's been a terrible day of rain and gales.  It's calmed a bit this evening and less showers but still awful.

I had to go to work this morning, a bit tired after the weekend but I managed.  Even with the rainy and windy day, we've seen plenty of folk through the door.  There's a new exhibition on in the Gadderie, 60 years of the Junior Up Helly Aa.  It's certainly pulling in the crowds and a lot of folk spent time in the museum too.  Think it might be a quiet night with the telly, and try and get out with Sammy :)

There seemed to be a lot of seagulls flying around the museum today, poor things are probably hungry and looking for a quick meal washed up at the dock.  Some of the younger gulls were struggling in the wind but this one seemed to be enjoying the winds :)  Taken at Hay's Dock, Lerwick.
