am a bit delirious with lack of sleep due to horrid mouth abscess that flared up yesterday. Pain threshold not cutting it, it's agony!

First anti-biotics taken in years - plus very heavy painkillers - so that's this evening taken care of.
Off to get high lie low now...and hope to make it to work tomorrow.
