Hiding in plain sight

Thank you kindly for all your warm wishes yesterday. That delightful mug was a Christmas present from strongchest and it tickles me pink every time I use it. I'm still feeling poorly but am on the mend!

strongchest and I had a very pleasant day ticking all the remaining things off our collective list. Now that the decks are clear, it feels like time to go on another holiday rather than back to work tomorrow.

As for the photo, I have no explanation. I checked and she confirmed she was very content to sit there. I'm just pleased I've spared you a blip of dinner in the making. Bring on the roast potatoes!!

PS For the record, strongchest makes the Best roast potatoes!! I'm a lucky woman.
