Fidra Kelp

Another day of rubbish weather in Edinburgh but we took a risk and headed out for a circular walk from Dirleton Castle to Fidra Beach and then back through the Archerfield Estate to the castle. Along the way the waves were crashing into the beach so it needed some degree of stealth to take an image that was sharp and didn't involve getting feet wet - I have to admit that some attempts involved standing ankle deep in water so it wasn't the most comfortable of walks back from the beach...
