Two birds flying....

I did consider popping over the border today to coo at the newly launched Flying Scotsman.. but a day up in the moors was needed.
The 3rd anniversary today of Mum's passing... which also would have been her 74th birthday...... the loss and sadness doesn't change with time...
It is what it is though, and I guess it's one of life's character building lessons that we all need to learn how to deal with... and that we do.
Lovely to get up on the moors... and how beautiful to be greeted with an overnight dusting of snow.
You can just about see 2 birds on the horizon (they're dots!)... I watched them a long while... I liked that very much :) x
