endless halls

these hotel corridors really bother me at times. i find this especially the case when i've worn out my welcome in some city and am ready to be home.

such is the case tonight - we finished early today, and with a dash to the airport my colleague left for cleveland to attend to some personal business. i, however, was not so lucky to be able to re-schedule myself onto this evening's flight home, so instead am stuck in kansas city with an early am departure. it's cold, i'm tired, and with having to be up early i won't find myself out and about tonight in kc. this leaves me confined to these halls, these endless halls.
