My pretty in pink girl is embracing her inner geek! It was inevitable I suspect, I am quite the scifi geek. She's decided she loves Star Wars. Now to introduce her to Firefly....

We are working really hard together on the piano at the moment- we have our first music festival duets in three weeks and we've spent a lot time on them. It was going super well. Until I ignored the warning signs of overtiredness. She's so fabulous most of the time that it's very easy to overlook the fact that she is in fact only 6. She cuddled me right in tight, arms round me, monkey and pluck, in bed as we made it all better again
