No sale or should it be sail!
The wind mill at Kirton on Lindsey, product of the high wind before Christmas.
Its appears as if the main parts of the sails are still usable, when the new arms are manufactured, parts which broke has been reused to fire the bakery for the making of their most tasty sour dough loafs.
Still making bread I can vouch for that...
Its been some time since my last visit, could not resist a quick sample before driving home, its probably the most expensive bread as i have to cross the Humber bridge twice, alas the taste, texture and moreish ness of the bread is well worth the journey.
I do freeze that which is not in use later after it has matured alittle..and yes it does last some time.

the link shows the mill as it was hopefully again in the near future.
