Gerbera on a Rainy Day

I had really hoped to get outdoors with my camera today, but it wasn't meant to be.  It seems misty, dark days with intermittent rain are what we can expect for a while.  It is winter after all, and for the most part I, am grateful this rain isn't snow, but I think the snow might be a welcome change of pace, photographically speaking.  Those cardinals can look so fetching in the snow. 

So for today, it is another shot of the Gerbera. 


I am so encouraged by how quickly the pledges have gone up this past week and feel fairly certain that our goal will be reached.  If you haven't pledged yet, please do.  The more money pledged when our fabulous four go back to the current Blip owners on January 12, the better!
