Curling?

More snow overnight, but my cold is a bit better so I went out for a wander in the Estate at mid day. The weather wasn't great, but the snow stuck to the trees made for pretty views on even a dull day. This is the "low pond" which was designed for curling. The finial of the hut is a curling stane and I guess that more are stored inside. The ice was thick enough to support the ducks, but maybe not the heron which flew up as I approached.

As for the bill of health: Miss L is feeling better, Miss K has started with the cold and Mme A isn't sure but has a splitting headache!
