Not empty

This is how my dashboard looked when I got to work. A nice full fuel tank.

The day before I had decided to skip filling up and chance one more work run. On top of the 5 segments to show the fuel level, the bike has two indicators that mean about 60 miles and about 30 miles left to go.

I'd worked out I should be able to get about 10 miles more but I was wrong. The bike wouldn't start in the morning. But - after a quick wobble and shake to shift the fuel around - I tried again and must have got just enough into the engine to start it. I gingerly made it to the fuel garage to fill up. I managed to get 19.65 litres into a 20 litre tank. So now I really know the limit!!
