Evening snooze

Meet Dolly, our canine guest for the next fortnight - she's having a snooze after after a walk through the deep, muddy puddles on the track on Weetwood Moor. I had intended to Blip a photo of the flooded valley taken from the track, but was such a dismal view...

Sixth consecutive day of rain. Flood alert on the River Till which was forecast to continue rising until late afternoon, so I erred on the side of caution and didn't go in to work.

Decided to make good use of the time, and completed my self-assessment tax form - took most of the day with a little too much 'assistance' from Dolly, who's obviously used to having lots of attention.
