Purple Power

On yet another gloomy winter day, I decided to seek out some color.  I took the Metro into DC to visit the US Botanic Garden located near the Capitol building.  I walked through the outdoor garden on my way to the Conservatory.  I'll have to go back and sit on one of those benches in the spring.  I found the color I was looking for inside.  I have posted one of the orchids, and added an extra of a Mexican Bishop's Cap.
