Thyme for Tea

An impressive selection of loose tea, all served in pots is on sale in this cafe in Uckfield. The proprietor knows his tea and told me all about the Ceylon Uva he is popping under the tea cosy.   I liked all the hand knitted tea cosies  which reminded me I have a half made one that was supposed to be a Christmas present. That means I have all year to finish it now.
