Exercise

My walk/run/shuffle buddy is poorly with the flu so group exercise it has to be in a very hot stuff church hall, I'd rather be outside!
Get better soon Zola, the pavements of Inverclyde are missing us ( me to!)
Sitting watching "Woman in Gold" starring Helen Mirren, what I've seen so far it's very good!!
