Brochettes

Friends round for dinner last night, and with weather uncertain decided to do brochettes as I could always pop them in the oven if the heavens opened. As it was we cooked them outdoors but ate inside. From the top, chicken, beef and pork, eaten with salads and washed down with wine. A guest provided delicious home-made trifle. What's not to like?
