next year, i have a 'milestone' birthday and of course i'll mark the occasion with a new bike.

i was going to ask robin mather to create something wonderful but he has stopped taking orders for a while.
i'd quite like a curtis to but decided i'd get more use out of a road bike, particularly a radonneur.

something from vanilla would be amazing but they cost the same as my house and have a five year waiting list. they are the most beautiful bikes in the world though.

i keep ending up at the singular cycles site. something so right about them. singlespeed, 29er with drop bars? niche of a niche of a niche.

currently, top of the list is something from independent fabrication.

i'd better decide soon...
