Bats in Paradise

We are really getting used to this lifestyle. Sleeping in. Spending the morning on the beach and hours in the water. Going for a walk or having a nap in the afternoon. Just for fun this afternoon we called into a Real Estate Agent as properties are quite cheap here compared to Melbourne. Maybe we will retire up here. I could certainly live here.
This evening we were taken to a fabulous Pizza restaurant by friends. While we were waiting for our pizzas and getting bitten by the mozzies (the only downside to the evening) we heard a great commotion which I thought was a flock of birds. Every evening thousands of bats return screeching to the mango trees by the inlet. It was an amazing sight and all the diners were taking photographs.
