A final wave to the waves!

A last trip down to the harbour before L and I travelled back to Glasgow. It wasn't so windy today but we had plenty of rain to accompany us on our journey!

The sea is still very turbulent with huge waves crashing on the rocks. Incoming tides are strange .... the main Elie beach has very little seaweed but the beach round at the harbour, which is always very busy in the summer with the water sports, is covered with a blanket of seaweed about a foot in depth.
