Gremlins!

A slow and painful walk with Ted this morning, Achilles tendon is very painful!  Lots ice pack and stretching exercises needed over the next few weeks and of course I am going to my first Morris Dancing lesson tonight, I wonder if you can hop along!

I don't know why but the photo uploads the wrong way round, I have tried it twice and still it's wrong, looks fine on my laptop, sorry about that!
