Sometimes you don't feel like stepping out. Maybe because like today it was cold and damp and you're not sure you'll have a good run. I went anyway.

I watched a great TED video today about failure, and one of the quotes really got to me:

"I would rather live my life on the brink of failure, than in the comfort of assured success"
