Higson's Brewery

This is a beautiful building, built in 1850, sadly closed a couple of years ago and now awaiting redevelopment. In the meantime a few rooms have been rented out for a year and our friend Jess the baker has relocated from Anfield to set up her own bakery here. This involved sourcing an oven, and then arranging for it to be moved- from Lincoln. She really does make the best sourdough in town!
