Resort in the 'Switzerland of Isaan'

In the southern part of Isaan in Thailand, there is an area known locally as the 'Switzerland of Isaan'. It is an area of rolling hills and lakes, with a springtime temperature, well-known here for the purity of its air. They grow strawberries here and a variety of small green fruit called 'monkey apple' (Annona glabra) like here on this tree by a hill resort pond.
