This is a simple and sublime supper dish - peasant food from Spain. Ideal for  straightforward meal!

Simply wash and pat dry some peppers. Chuck them in a pan and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Toss. Add a pinch of salt. Cover tightly with kitchen foil. OVen cook at 150 degrees c for one hour. Remove foil. Back in oven for 10 mins at 18 degrees c. Eat with crusty bread!
