Cajun spice mix.

I was making chicken fajita pasta bake yesterday ( now a new favourite meal ) and used up the last of my spice mix. So this evening, I had to make up a large jar to go on the spice rack.

Spices used: ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, Italian herbs ( oregano, basil, parsley), smoked paprika.
