Hey ho. The wifi is good, the man who runs it is super helpful and friendly, it's walking distance from the station, and the bed is comfortable. That's a lot of plus points for me. But possibly not sufficient to explain why it's Tripadvisor's No. 1 hotel for Perpignan.
