Such a FIne Time, Such a Happy time

So when BLIPFUTURE asked for help in Crowdfunding, this was no new thing to me, for I am a woman of the world, and I have been totally engrossed in this crowdfunding malarky.
First time I "invested", it was for an amazingly exciting project based in my wee home town. A film was being made, and the chaps needed help for funds to edit and do the funny business. The best thing about investment, is the "reward" scheme. £10 got you a thank you on their page, £25 got you a thank you and a DVD of the film. £1000 got you an invite to the premier. (I'm not going to the premier).
Of course, once you have invested in one, you receive emails regarding other projects, and this one caught my eye.
The photographs is my "reward " for investing in "Padkix".
Oh how we laughed tonight. These for the uninitiated among you are environmentally-friendly menstruational-applicable panties. Fanny Pants, as Toolibelle termed them. As opposed to "Fanny Pads".
I thought, and I am sure that the "container" was detachable, but apparently not; but worry not for the Fanny Pants come with a little discreet carry bag, (water/blood proof).
So you slip these on... no slippage, no leaking (they are very firm pants), wear for as long as you would normally wear 3 regular, and then slip off, put a new pair on, and carry your soiled ones in a wee pocket for sterilizing later.
Tooli is HORRIFIED.
Horrified doesn't even come close to it. She stood on her bed tonight and wore them over regular pants, and joggies and laughed loudly. "Erm, no Mum", was the response.
She thinks though that she may keep them for keeping her fanny warm. I mean, there's a whole flipping fleece towel sewn into them.
And the things you learn on line. In the comments section, someone asked "Will you make these for men who have periods"; which of course was met with, "erm, periods are a female thing", to which the offended person responded, "my brother is transgender, and still has monthlies", oh my, that is something I hadn't even considered.
