Life Imitating Art

Picture on wall coincidentally mirrors tissue box design. What does that mean?

Life as a dissolute lawyer ponders these and other questions. It was a beautiful day today, but it was gone before I knew it. Tomorrow I need a list of tasks, in order to feel useful. You didn't ask, but here is what I did today: Washed one load of laundry and hang on line to dry. This is a pleasure of the summer, sun dried clothes. Trolled the internet for more than an hour to find the perfect place to stay in Aruba, any cheap ideas out there? Went to the airport to pick up a Brazilian recorder player who is attending the American Recorder conference. Delightful man. Washed my car, spending time trying to get all the dirt off, instead of my usual forgotten patches of grime. Transcribed five poems from piece of paper to digital form, allowing me the small satisfaction of throwing away those pieces of paper, a step in the never ending story of downsizing my possessions. (Yesterday I placed two old bike panniers, a pair of shoes and a cooler on the curb with a free sign and they were all gone within an hour. Went swimming and watered my absent friend's garden which is producing an amazing crop of peas. Picked a bag of them. Played recorder for several hours with friends. Took this picture, and gave it to the power of the internet.
