Happy Diner!

A group of 20 hikers/birders enjoyed a weekend excursion to the mountain village of El Carrizal. Because of the cold mountain streams in these high areas, several of the villages have small trout (trucha) farms and restaurants that serve fresh trout prepared in a variety of ways. On this particular day they were out of small fish, so we had to order medium or large. Large are 2 kilos! Our friend is showing off what's left of his medium.
