Playing With My New Toy

Fujifilm have just released a 1.4 converter to work with X mount lenses. Particularly useful on the 55-140mm lens since it increases effective focal length to just over 300 mm.

Mine arrived this afternoon. This photo is a result of trying it out. It's a nothing photo else. It's getting dark and I had to photo something.

I'm well pleased with it. You have to be careful to align lens, converter and camera correctly or else you'll get a F0 reading.

Second time lucky. Very shallow dof here, and Ives Head in the far background is a complete blur, but the twigs aren't too bad. And the camera focused fast as well.
